Terms of Service
Welcome to SpartaQuant. We’re glad you’re here, and we hope you enjoy everything we have to offer. Please read these Terms carefully because they are a binding agreement between You and Spartaquant Lab SARL. By using the software, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the software.
As described below, using some features also operates as your consent to the transmission of certain standard computer information for Internet-based services.
1. Your accounts
You may be required to create an account and specify a password in order to use certain services or features on the software. To create an account you must provide truthful and accurate information about yourself. Don’t try to impersonate anyone else when you create your account. If your information changes at any time, please update your account to reflect those changes You may not share your account with anyone else. Please keep your password confidential, and try not to use it on other websites.
2. Installation and use rights

3. Internet access may be required
You may incur charges related to Internet access, data transfer and other services per the terms of the data service plan and any other agreement you have with your network operator due to use of the software. You are solely responsible for any network operator charges.
4. Scope of License
The software is license, not sold and it is free for the moment. Unless applicable law gives you more rights, SpartaQuant reserves all other rights not expressly granted under this agreement, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise. You must comply with any technical limitations in the software that only allow you to use it in certain way. You may not
5. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify our software at any time, with or without notice to you. For example, we may add or remove functionality or features, and we may suspend or stop a particular feature altogether. We also reserve the right to charge a fee for any of our features at any time. If you don’t like any changes, you can stop using our software at any time.
6. Third party application – API
Some functionalities of SpartaQuant consume data from external databases. In order to gain access to certain features and / or information of the software, you may need to first request via the third-party website, a unique API Key (“API Key”). You may also receive an API Secret (“API Secret”) that goes along with your API Key. Your API Secret should never be shared with anyone. You are responsible for all actions taken using your API Key and/or API Secret. You must also agree to and accept our Third-party applications terms and conditions.
7. Create and Share SpartaQuant functions through the marketplace
We may provide opportunities for you to create an app or a function and share it with any other users. You can only create applications, functions and share them if you own all the rights to that Content, or if another rights holder has given you permission. The simple fact of posting Content does not transfer its ownership. We are not responsible for any third-party applications and functions that have not been certified by us.
8. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, videos, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including, but not limited to, the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, and arrangement of other Content, which is contained on the Downloadable tool is owned, controlled, or licensed by or to SpartaQuant, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. By granting you access to and use of the tool, SpartaQuant does not transfer any ownership rights in any Content found on the Service, and by furnishing information and materials through the tool, SpartaQuant does not grant any licenses to any copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property rights. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the software and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, website, or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without SpartaQuant express prior written consent.
9. Documentation
Any person that has valid access to your computer or internal network may copy and use the documentation for your internal, reference purposes.
